The USA Shaolin Kung Fu Academy was founded by a 35th-generation Shoalin Master, Heng Chao, providing all of his expertise, knowledge, and history in each of the classes. Students from all ages, backgrounds, and athletic abilities can choose from a variety of martial arts, including Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Qin Na, and San Da (Chinese kickboxing), learning the entire Shaolin curriculum, which means internal and external training.
The classes are divided by age and level, featuring different levels for kids and separated classes for teens and adults. You can even choose to have a private lesson with Shifu Shi Heng Chao himself!
