The wide variety of programs designed for all ages and every skill level provide many benefits for kids as well as for adults, such as effective self-defense techniques and building a strong foundation of core values. Families can connect and bond during the training of martial arts, with each class having something special for each member of your family.
The classes for kids begin with the Little Dragons & Tiny Tigers program, where 3–6 year-olds are introduced to the basics of martial arts while learning balance, coordination, and group participation. As they grow and advance in their skill level, they can move on to more complex classes.
