The Englewood Public Library is a hundred-year-old institution that has been a pillar of the community since it opened its doors in 1920. It is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for Englewood City residents searching to provide superior services to maintain a vibrant and inclusive community.
Throughout its existence the library has moved several times, typically following the city hall. Since the year 2000, it has been in its current location, in the Englewood City Civic Center. By then, the library had gone digital, with public computers and a digital catalog, algo keeping analogical with a collection of 100,000 book volumes. Nowadays provides Englewood area residents with information resources of all types, fantastic programs for children of all ages (from toddlers to teens), and adults, including elder adults.
