The Denver Shaolin, Kung Fu, Tai Chi Institute focuses on helping you find unity between body and mind. The classes are open to everyone, no matter their age, ability, or background. The lessons are designed taking into consideration each of the students personalities and goals. In addition to having an excellent workout, the mission of Kung Fu training is to strengthen the body both mentally and physically, as well as be strong and healthy.Â
The kids kung fu program, called Chang-Quan, has a simple start but quickly begins to challenge the students into being active, fit, and mentally agile. Through the technique, kids will develop discipline and self-reliance, as well as building community and cooperation with others.Â
